This privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal data. If you contact us using our contact form or by other methods we may collect information about you, additionally as you interact with our website we may collect information about you.

We will not disclose any data that we hold to any third parties, unless it is necessary for the fulfilment of a service that you have specifically given consent for, or we have a legitimate interest in disclosing such data, or where we may be obliged to disclose information to comply with the law.
By using this site, you consent to the terms of this website privacy policy and to us collecting and maintaining the privacy of the information you provide.
If you complete our email enquiry form we will hold that information on you and you provide us the consent to do so by the completion of that form. This information is not stored on the website servers but comes direct to the email of Eric Gregory Photography. I will keep a record of this email on my computer.
Email information is also stored on our the servers of our email provider (GoDaddy), and you can access the relevant privacy policy at www.godaddy.com/agreements/privacy. GoDaddy sends email via MailGun, and a copy of the email submitted is stored in the MailGun logs for 3 days after submission. The MailGun privacy policy can be found at www.mailgun.com/legal/privacy-policy.
If you have accepted 'Performance Cookies' then each visit to our website records certain information. The records include, but are not limited to:
